Southampton International Boat Show 2026 has drawn to a close, and it was a special one for SE Yachts. For ten days our three berths at M440, M442 and M444 were rarely quiet, with a UK premiere, a visit from the yard and a wonderful evening with our owners along the way.
The headline of our show was the UK premiere of the Najad 451 AC. It was Najad’s first appearance at Southampton in five years, and she drew a steady stream of visitors from the opening press launch to the final weekend. Many came to see how an aft cockpit Najad feels at this size, and the answer was clear once they were aboard.
Hasse Rutgersson, Technical Director and Head of Sales for Najad and Arcona, came over from Henån for the second week of the show. It was a rare chance for visitors to talk through both yachts with the person who knows them from the drawing board out.
Alongside her, the Arcona 435 Mk II showed exactly why she keeps turning up on race results and rally start lines. From Tessa3 in IRC2 at the 200th Cowes Week to La Bamba heading for Saint Lucia in the ARC 2026, she is proving herself on the water, and visitors wanted to hear all about it. There was plenty of interest in the Arcona 465 Mk II too, as she heads for the UK.
On the power side, the Delta 33 Coupé kept the pontoon busy. Photographs only go so far with a Delta. Seeing the finish up close, the satin teak below and the full size sunroof, is what tells the story. The Delta 48 Adventure was one of the most talked about boats on our stand without even being there. She arrives in 2027.
One of the highlights of our show was the owners’ drinks evening. It was fantastic to see so many Najad, Arcona and Delta owners on the pontoons, catching up with old friends, meeting new ones and swapping stories from the season.
Buying a boat through SE Yachts is only the start. Our owners are a close community who race together, cruise together and share advice, and evenings like this one are a big part of what makes it special. We hope to welcome many of this year’s visitors into that community soon.
“This year’s show has been great for SE Yachts. Bringing Delta, Arcona and Najad together on one stand gave visitors a real sense of the breadth we now offer, from fast, capable powerboats to true bluewater cruisers. The UK premiere of the Najad 451 AC drew a lot of attention, and the Arcona 435 Mk II and Delta 33 Coupé kept the stand busy from opening to close every day. The sunny weather has helped too! We’ve had high-quality conversations with serious buyers, some of which are already moving towards orders, and plenty of interest in the Delta 48 Adventure and Arcona 465 Mk II coming to the UK. Southampton remains the most important date in our calendar, and we’re leaving with a strong pipeline heading into 2027.”

Next year’s show moves to a new eight-day format, running from Saturday 18 to Saturday 25 September 2027 at Mayflower Park. With two Saturdays and a Sunday in the run, it is well worth putting in the diary now.
If you did not make it to Southampton, or would like a second look without the crowds, we would be delighted to arrange a viewing or talk through specification and timing on any of our boats.
